However, this is not to say that gas grills are superior in all areas. 

Disadvantages of Gas Barbeque Grills

 While gas barbeque grills do have many advantages over other grill types, there are also a few drawbacks to using gas grills. These include:
  • Gas grills provide less flavor than other types of grills. Unlike charcoal and wood, gas does not add flavor to grilled food.

  • It is much more difficult to smoke foods on a gas grill.
